You do not need legendary weapons to Leave Baldr List 3. You need something equipped, a temp you understand, and medical items between hits.

Minimum kit

• Affordable melee or primary
• Basic armor
• Temporary item (pepper spray is a common teaching example)
• Medical items and temp re-equip enabled

When to upgrade

Upgrade when you are losing fights you expected to win and gear is the gap, or when travel profit makes the buy cheap. Wait if you are still under 15 and stats are the real problem, or if the purchase would empty your flight buffer. Ask about faction armory loans before dumping cash.
